We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Products must be in original condition and packaging.

- How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within Pakistan.
Express shipping is available for 1-2 business day delivery.
Free shipping is offered on orders above Rs. 40,000.
- Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all WisdomUp products come with a minimum 6-month warranty.
Premium products include up to 2-year extended warranty.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures.
- Are your headphones compatible with iOS and Android?
Yes, all our Bluetooth headphones and earbuds are compatible with both iOS and Android devices.
