Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or SMS. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example if the item is out of stock, the price was listed incorrectly, or we cannot verify the delivery address or the payment. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.

Product images are representative. Colours can vary between screens, and we reserve the right to correct obvious errors in a listing.

Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer and Cash on Delivery. For Cash on Delivery, the full amount is due to the courier when your order arrives; refusing a delivered COD order without a valid reason may mean we decline future COD orders from the same address.

Delivery

Delivery timelines, coverage and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees; we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather or events outside our control, but we will keep you informed and help you chase a delayed parcel.

Returns, exchanges and warranty

Your return and exchange rights are set out in our Exchange & Refund Policy. Warranty coverage is set out in our Warranty Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer protection law.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to scrape or overload it, to interfere with its security, or to resell our products as genuine WisdomUp stock without our written agreement. All text, images, logos and page designs on this site belong to WisdomUp or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying the product you ordered in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — for example lost profit or lost data — arising from use of a product or the site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
