Selected retailers stock parts of the range. Ask the shop to confirm they buy direct from WisdomUp, and keep the receipt for warranty.
Verified marketplace listings
Where we sell on a marketplace, the seller name is WisdomUp. A listing under any other seller name is not ours, whatever the product photos show.
Before you pay
How to tell a genuine unit from a copy
- Price that is too good
- A large discount off our published price is the single strongest signal. Our prices are on this site; compare before you buy elsewhere.
- Serial number and warranty seal
- Genuine units carry both, intact and legible. A missing, peeled or over-printed seal voids the warranty and usually means the unit is not ours.
- Model number
- Check the model on the box against the product page here. Counterfeits frequently use a model number we have never sold.
- Packaging and print quality
- Blurred logos, spelling errors on the box, or a box that does not match the product page photographs are all reliable tells.
- What is in the box
- Every product page lists the contents. A short box — missing cable, missing ear tips, missing documentation — is a copy or a returned unit.
- Ask for the receipt
- You need it for warranty. A seller unwilling to give one is telling you something about where the stock came from.
- Still unsure
- Send us a photo of the box and the serial number on WhatsApp before you pay. We will tell you whether it is ours.

Not sure whether a seller is authorised?
Ask us. Send the seller name, or a photo of the box and serial number, and we will confirm it before you spend anything. We reply Mon–Sun, 10:00–18:00 PKT.
