Who we are
WisdomUp sells mobile accessories in Pakistan through this website (wisdomup.pk). This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to support@wisdomup.pk.
When you order
To deliver your order we ask for your name, mobile number, delivery address (city, area and street) and, if you like, an email address and delivery notes. We also keep what you ordered, the delivery and payment method you chose, gift wrapping and any creator code you used. We use this to confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp, deliver it, handle returns and warranty claims, and answer your questions. We do not take card details — Cash on Delivery is paid to the rider, and JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfers are made by you from your own account.
Enquiries and the newsletter
When you send a bulk, corporate or help enquiry we keep the details you enter so our team can reply. If you join the newsletter we keep your email address to send you new launches and offers, and you can ask us to remove it at any time. If you send something to us on WhatsApp instead, WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to that chat.
Reviews
A review shows your first name, city (if you give one), your rating and what you wrote, together with the date. Every review is read by our team before it appears. If you ordered from the same device, we check that order so the review can carry a “Verified buyer” badge; the order number and phone are not shown.
Creators program
If you join the Creators Program we keep your name, WhatsApp number, email, channel link, audience size and, when you add them, payout details, plus the visits and orders that come through your code. Your dashboard key is stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form. Orders made with your code show you the products and amounts — never the buyer’s details.
Kept in your browser
Some things stay only on your own device, in your browser’s storage: your cart, wishlist, recently viewed products, orders placed from this device, reviews you wrote, saved checkout details, your day/night and grid choices, your cookie choice and a creator code from a creator’s link (kept 30 days). With your permission it also remembers what you browse and search, to suggest products for you — that never leaves your device and switching it off deletes it. You can clear all of it from your browser settings.
Cookies and ad tags
The shop itself needs no cookies. Visit statistics (Google Analytics: where visitors come from, the pages they open and for how long, searches, cart and checkout steps and purchases) load only if you allow statistics. Advertising tags (from Meta, Google or TikTok) load only if you allow marketing cookies, and the ones we use are listed in Cookie settings. They record page views, searches, add-to-cart and purchases — the product, price and quantity — never your name, phone number or address. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the foot of every page.
Who we share with
We share your name, phone and address with the courier who delivers your order, and only what they need for that. The companies that host this website and its database process data for us under their own security terms. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for delivery, returns, warranty, accounting and the law, and enquiries for as long as they are useful to answer you. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Then we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it (unless we must keep it, for example for an open order or our accounts). Email support@wisdomup.pk from the address or WhatsApp number you used, and we will reply within a few working days.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
