Where we deliver
We deliver to every city and town in Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and Quetta. For orders outside Pakistan, WisdomUp is sold in 50+ countries through partners — contact us to find one near you.
Delivery times
Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Remote areas can take a little longer.
Express delivery
Need it fast? Choose Express delivery at checkout and your order arrives in 1–2 working days in most cities. The express charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders placed after the daily cut-off, or on Sundays and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery charges
Orders above Rs.10,000 ship free nationwide with standard delivery. For smaller orders, the delivery charge is calculated by city and shown at checkout before you confirm.
Paying for your order
Pay by JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer — send the total to our account and share the receipt on WhatsApp — or choose Cash on Delivery and pay the rider when your order arrives.
Tracking
Once your order is handed to the courier, you can follow it with the Order Tracker using the order number in your confirmation message.
Missed or failed deliveries
If the courier can't reach you, they will try again or contact you to rearrange. Please keep your phone on during delivery. If an order is returned to us after repeated failed attempts, contact support to have it re-sent.
Damaged or incorrect items
Check your parcel on delivery. If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number and we'll put it right. See the Exchange & Refund Policy.
