About these terms
These terms apply when you use wisdomup.pk or buy from WisdomUp through it. We sell to customers in Pakistan. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Shipping, Exchange & Refund and Warranty policies.
Orders
Your order is a request to buy. We confirm it by phone or WhatsApp before we dispatch it. We may cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, we cannot reach you, or the order looks fraudulent — and we will refund anything you have already paid.
Prices
Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include all taxes. Delivery and gift wrapping are added at checkout before you place the order. Prices and sale prices can change, but the total confirmed when you place your order is the one you pay.
Payment
You can pay Cash on Delivery or by JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer (send the total and share the receipt on WhatsApp). We do not take card payments. For transfers, we dispatch once the payment has reached us.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan as set out in the Shipping Policy. Please check your parcel when it arrives and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or missing.
Returns and warranty
You can return items within 7 days under the Exchange & Refund Policy, and products carry the cover described in the Warranty Policy.
Creator codes
A creator’s code gives the discount shown at checkout on the items in your order (not on delivery or gift wrapping). One code applies per order and it cannot be used on your own creator code. Creators follow the Program terms.
Reviews and content
Reviews must be your own honest experience of the product. We read every review before it appears and may decline ones that are spam, abusive, include personal details or are about a different product. By posting a review you allow us to show it on the site.
Using the site
Please don’t place fake orders, misuse creator codes or other people’s details, or try to disrupt the site. We may block accounts or orders that do.
Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can from the manufacturer’s information. Colours can look slightly different on screens, and packaging can change.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Nothing in them limits the rights you have under Pakistani consumer protection law.
